SHIPPING POLICY

We hope you understand that we aim to provide the freshest treats and the best quality pet accessories, and as such we make each product by hand to order and may have limited back stock of certain products. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before shipping (it'll often be less).
Once shipped we will send you the tracking information in an email immediately, so you can keep track!
RETURN POLICY
We would be happy to exchange any sealed and unopened bags of treats for a refund or credit towards another product.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened bags of treats.
We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on our biothane leashes and collars due to their custom nature.
Please ensure you have read the description of these items and have measured your pets neck accurately.
